Heres some fun facts about my interests!!

Wii facts!

• You can use candles to replace the Wii's censor bars!
• The Wii's development codename was the "Revolution" sometimes referred to as the "Nintendo Revolution".
• Before the Wii used it's motion controls, the controls were actually offered to and rejected by Sony AND Microsoft.
• The Wii remote was the subject of many cease and desist letters by a tv remote manufactuer because of retailers advertising the Wii remote as the "Wiimote". Said tv remote manufactuer had a product called the "Weemote" which was a toy resembling a tv remote. It's sales had decreased drastically since the Wii's release however it was at no fault of Nintendo as they never officially had referred to it as a "Wiimote" which was a fan name for the controller.
• The Wii was originally supposed to have DVD support, but Nintendo had decided against it and disabled the support on vanilla consoles. However, it was found that DVD compatibility was still part of the disc drives on the Gamecube compatible Wiis and through modding you can access the DVD compatibility.
